yeah your right, we have PMI right now but not with anything to do with the bones of a model.DemonicSandwich wrote:Actually you modeling people need a PMI that injects bone information more....then animation tools will actually become even more useful.Evilsnowflakes wrote:Man, if you can make this the only program we'll ever need, that be great, now we just need that animation injector/extractor for us modeling people
you can if you've learnt other languages...Themandyou wrote:Nice...xbox7887 wrote:IntellisenseThemandyou wrote:Where'd you learn C# from?xbox7887 wrote:when I was learning C# so I didn't know a whole lot then
You can learn from it but you can't learn that much...

I wrote:Although, now that I think of it, making scenario chunk cloning IN the BSP viewer would be a FANTASTIC addition! That way, you could right click a tag in the bsp viewer's hierarchy box, (or however you may be going about that) and just have a selection such as "clone chunk". Then the cloned chunk would appear either right on top of the original or next to it somewhere.
I highly doubt even any of the smartest programmers around here could do all of that without any errors. It would be nice though.xXFeRcHoXx wrote:The best app, better than all apps including Entity, better that Bungie's H2 DevKit, better that every app:
-Meta Editor
-BSP Viewer
-Model Viewer, Extraction and Injection
-Not really a much quality BSP Viewer, because it needs a great part of your RAM
-Map Rebuilder
-Script Tools
-Fully Working and last Plugins
-Sound Extraction Injection
-Media Player (for make modding alot funny hearing your own music)
-FTP Client
-Map Resigner
-Mainmenu Editor
-Drag and Drop
-Proper Building
-Proper Chunk Cloning

Basically:
Right Click:
|-Add...
__|-scen
__|-itmc
__|-vehi
__|-vehc
__|-weap
_____|- objects\weapons\rifle\battle_rifle\battle_rifle
[A popup]
Set Coords:
X: [__________]
Y: [__________]
Z: [__________]
[checkbox] Use current camera coords
[Ok]_____[Cancel]
Then the battle rifle gets putted on the map, and basically it will add or clone a chunk as a new, and you can use it, move, ect, anything that bsp viewer offers
__|-bloc
__|-mach
__|-bipd
__|-ai
__|-Build...
-Screenshot tool and Deswizzle (like uber's)
-LightMap Tools
Lol, tell me if i forgot something lol

Like you said it would be nice... For you...SkgSkrillaka wrote:burn.
Although it would be nice having an extremely large ammount of things in one prgoram that have already been made, The program itself wouldn't run so fast..
And would take some time to do.
PMI & BSP
While I agree entirely with what you said. Sometimes utilizing multiple programs won't play nice with the map. Like first thought would be h2core/h2guerilla and entity. Now, i'm not saying they can't be used in conjunction with one another, it just becomes more of a tedious job making sure nothing gets corrupted after something such as rebuilding then using Entity for any other purpose.OwnZ joO wrote:Like you said it would be nice... But it's not so nice for a programmer to incorporate it all into one thing when there are seperate tools that work pretty well for most of those things.
