Yes, the x,y, and z folders are you cache folders. Open evox on your xbox or unleashx and then ftp to your xbox. You will see these three partitions (they look like folders in your ftp program). Just delete the files contained in those folders. and i don't know that much about halo 2 modding but
i do think i know what the problem is
as some have said before it could definitely be the cache folders
that are building up or whatever
but have you tried modding the map from its original state then resigning
and FTP'ing to your xbox instead of modding a previously modded or patched level then resigning im not sure whether its your version of xbox
or something else but its worth a try yea?

Amazing, I think I may just get out my xbox, call a friend, and try this, seems like shitload of fun. Some of the Halo 2 campaign was more fun then the H3 one in my opinion.
