This is my first mod, it's a simple bundle of projectile swaps on Sanctuary (deltamap.map)

It took a bit of Debugging, as the BR would lock up the level the first few times i tried it, however it works now.

SWAP LIST:
SMG - Rockets
BR - Tank Shells (x3)
Sniper - Plasma Grenade
Needler - Rapid Plasma Grenades
Plasma Pistol (Charged and Uncharged) - Spawns Banshee
Plasma Riffle - Banshee Bombs
Magnum - Banshee Bomb
Shotgun - Frag Grenades (Strange fire though, backwards shots sometimes)
There's others, but those are the defaults.

It's not complicated, i know, but it's fun for online or a LAN party.

0/10 this is a 2 min job at most, at least a lightmap edit would have made it somewhat interesting. Keep on trying tho. Work on a theme and above all a skin!

u gota try alot harder next time this would take me 5 mins at the most mabey try skining,less projectile swaps,new models and have a theme with it

i appreciate the advice (although 0/10 was a little harsh for my first map, i would have skinned it, but i was just trying to make a projectile swap map for a lan party.
also, if someone could link me to an app to remoddel the level, id appreciate it.
sorry, but i started coding yesterday.

No offense, but this is rather childish. Simple projectile swapping. Even I could do this, and I use a 360. Meh. Could've done better. Methinks a lot better. 0.5/10. The half point is for effort. Besides, no mod can be that bad to get a 0/10. Unless nothing was changed.

lol, i didn't make it to be a 10/10, i made simple weapon swaps, i didn't want a high score, i just felt a flat out 0 for a first mod was a little harsh. This was a first mod and was only intended to be a projectile swap. I'm probbably having a LAN party, and made it quick to have a fun system -linkable mod that i wasn't going to work very hard on. I posted it cause it's my first fully working mod.

however it turns out my dad used to model for a job, (engineer) and said he'd be happy to redisign whatever i send him. I'm decent in photoshop and a friend of mine is into scripting, so i basicly formed a mini team. ^.^
so, i hope to make some better mods soon.

If I could mod Xbox I'd be able to do this. :P Still, at least you're hopefully learning how to mod. Next time make the ghosts fly, or something.

Mmm this takes about 5-10minutes but good job for your first mod are all rockets viewable to non-modders?

Bit of a dumb question guys, but I have no trouble putting these patches on my maps and playing them, except on the map pack maps. I can't find turf, sanctuary, etc... on my hard drive to patch them...where are they? I play on them all the time, but can't find them to patch them.

As for your problem, you have to FTP connect to your xbox
then goto the following directory...
.../E/TDATA/4d530064/$c/
In that directory there are 3 folders that contain the 9 new maps.

at first i was like "what?!? you got to post a patch for all mods, but then I relized you mean't that he doesn't have to post his first mod. I think when people say first mod, they mean first released though.
