thats a very good tut, but just so u guys no u can spawn them w/out the flood carrior, just import the effe "silo can destroyed" and and use that, it will spawn the flood infection as well

ok u really need to make a beta on coag and have the elites or humans respond and if u can do it wit the flood thand do it wit the main charactors on really hard. ty

I know everyone thinks I just talk a lot of shit but in a little bit once I fix my halo 2 im going to start a project on these forums for AI in MP and ill post some reasources for the whole community dont kill me if it takes me a day or two to fix my halo 2 though. just be patient guys trust me.

im thinking we have to put a difficulty level into the map for it to be able to spawn mb. (for fully functional AI)

What would be kool was if xbox7887 told us what xbe to edit to activate AI in multiplayer, then we used a XBE editor to hax the XBE... but xbox7887 is mean and wont tell me :cry:

well, it actualy wouldnt matter (although it would be nice to not activate the trainer) ai is not slc according to xbox, it was diescribed me like proj swapping, it only works through the pp and rocket, well ai is supposed to be the same way, but no pp or rocket to make it work

what dose that thing in yelo acctually do? from the looks of it (i have no clue what you had to do to make this, so im guessing) without the trainer active, there just like lifles biped, so was there anything special that you did? or can yo just inject a grut with the trainer on and have it move?

Yelo makes a change in the default.xbe to allow AI in Multiplayer to work, methinks.

Nobody seems to realize this, the only AI that will work this way is the Flood Infection, because it requires no complex AI, it's as simple as a script. That means no Grunts, Marines, Elites, nothing else can be done this way. True AI is far more complex than a Flood Infection. So let's get off the "Well, if you can do it for them, do it for Grunts/Elites/Marines" idea.

blood dimond, Yelo enables the AI to function in multiplayer in the XBE. Without it, the XBE is coded to stop all AI if you're playing in multiplayer.

I don't particularly want AI over system link, split screen is good enough as far as I'm concerned, nobody ever plays with me over sys link anyway! :(
