well we are kinda stuck on weather to release an update for the mod. it will have weapons on map, dragons a hand axe, mace maybe a katana sword and me may hide in aa little secret you will never no

Now, I could leave it at that and make you go through hours of searching from my vague answer, which would most likely cause you to get mad at me.

Yes, you can get it on your Xbox, you need to softmod your Xbox then get Halo 2 on your Hard Drive or burn it onto a disc.
