[MOD] No Scope Mod

This is a very generic mod. I just basically disabled the scope on the beam rifle and the sniper rifle. I also changed out the sky and changed the lightmaps around. Another thing is that they are both silent. I might change them back if people want it to be non-silent. I've had a lot of fun with this mod, ensuring that no one is scoping . Oh yeah, I don't have a capture card so if someone would want to take pictures that would be great even though its not much to look at.

the snipers should be silent.. i mean how do u expect to kill someone if your sniper wont shut the f*ck up anyway.. simple but useful.. nice job ill try it out
