Plain BG Spawn Changes

Everyone should use this or make their own spawn changes when making BG mods. It stops those annoying spawn campers. The only problem is that it will not work when you have changed the ground textures. Does anyone know why? So I'd recommend to patch this before you make any major mod changes. Thanks to Gren for SE.
