hey this is my first big mod, and my first ever mod that ive posted on a website, i was sick so i spent most of the day modding bg lol. i mostly used SE to duplicate xoranges building blocks (and i would like to thank xorange for the building blocks mod) and i built bases high in the sky that u can teleport to via teleporters i put on top of the original bases. also, in the original bases i put flashing arrows that u can walk into and they teleport u to the top and bottom of the original bases so u can grab shotgun AR and plasma rifle. i also changed lots of other stuff like a teleporter where the sniper usually is that takes u to a sniper spot. vehicles go faster, ghost is lower to the ground, you run faster, and when u shoot ppl, vehicles, powerups, etc, they move some from the force of a bullet, doesnt do much but it looks cool. u can also take damage from crashing in vehicles, just like a car crash so drive more carefully now . vehicles shoot faster and most guns have better aim. i made pistol do less damage so ppl would favor other guns such as needler more. needler has 50 shot clip, but it takes like 30 secs to detonate, plasma nades take i think 5 secs to detonate. ya theres other stuff too so try it out and please give me feedback!

oh one more thing, i was trying to make the red flag texture a hand drawn smiley face, but somehow it wound up instead with pictures of master chief in the sky, idk y lol

**updated** ok i realized that when i was playing this mod the game seemed to randomly freeze after about 10 minutes. after a while of trying to figure out why this happened, i found that it seems like the needler was causing it to freeze somehow, so i took that out. i also changed a few things and MC walks at about normal speed now. after making these changes its never frozen for me

He is kinda right though, this mod aint that great and you can make much better ones using HMT v3.5. Besides, that whole taking damage in vehicles is old and was discovered a long time ago by many people.

All of you shutup. If you don't like the mod no one wants to hear it. Just make a few suggestions, maybe. Not everyone likes the same mods, some people like mods that other people don't like. The main thing is, it is good to have variety.

I read and all I see are a lot of expletives and opinionated bandwagon statements. Also I'd check the date you joined. While I haven't been a member that long, I've been here long enough to know that you're calling someone who's been a member two months longer than you a n00b, interesting. In any case, thats your opinion if you don't like the mod; but until you can go release something really great that people like to play it doesn't give you much credibility just flaming people on this forum. In the future instead of just being an asshat why don't you put forth your time to something more productive i.e. feedback as to why you don't like the mod or possibly create and release your own mod? Wow, what a concept!

well i did want to add more to this so i built a meduim sized building in the middle of the level, and i put camo in this building and theres a couple spots in it where u can snipe from. if you ever play ctf in a LAN party, IMO this would be cool mod to try playing ctf with, but it would probly get boring unless u had lots of ppl

anyways, this mod is a good job for a first timer (i guess you are) but now that you have gotten this out of the way.. you should think about what else you can do!. expand your horizons! think outside the box! cough ( get hmt 3.5 ) cough cough. lol good job helljumper. keep it up. not everyone out there is that critical.

people hate flames much more than "first post" posts. btw, get your shit straight, hmt and sparkedit are two different tools, so they are not "better" than either, hmt is modding, sparkedit is (kind of) mapping. don't post a flame like that again, and if you feel the need to "beat the shit out of" someone for posting something on a thread..dude, get a girlfriend, get off the computer, and do something with your life.
