I was already planning on reskinning RatRace using some castle skins from my HEH mod when I saw XboxTech's RatRace mod. No offense to him, I like the mod, but it was a quick and sloppy skin job. It gave me a reason to get around to skinning RatRace though, so here you go! I spent a lot of time at every little detail, but if you have any suggestions let me know.

This mod should patch over any other RatRace mod because it only changes the bitmaps. These pictures look crappy cuz I took them with my digital camera, it looks way better in game play.

Hey no offense to you swese , I like to see some one doing the total job in skinning, and Ratrace is a good MP map we have fun in it. I do not have a new enough Photoshop or the practice to make the details and size the dds right of the DXT 4 5 type and e'm dam glad some one is doing these textures. Nice job, I think the REAL one looks great, and I was also thinking about a lot of textures I have seen in Unreal Tournament maps, I have hundreds of UT maps, do ya think they could be converted,I don't know if they are fine enough detail. I mean there are textures of EVERY description, could be cool. There has to be a lot of stuff that would work, finding ones that work and don't form strange patterns is the hard part. You need to find some more samples and DO SOME MORE, and differen't ones, details are important . Have FUN

Thanks guys. I'll do Prisoner with the castle theme next. I don't want to be boring with castle mods for everything, so if you have any ideas let me know.

u should make prisoner like a prison but not a clean one make it dirty like in "cronicles of riddick"

maybe u could make a level that is light purple, like its covenant. that would be cool. as long as it isn't one of those crazy skins that makes your eyes hurt. good job!
