This is my first mod so be easy on me please, lol. i would like to give special thanks to the redvblue mod for letting me use the building material so to speak, and also the battle rifle mod, i came up with the idea for this mod after visiting our local air force base, if you would like to make changes to this to make it even better please feel free to do so, This mod is to patched to blood gulch if you dont already know.

It's pretty good but i have a few suggestions :
1) Try using more ''scenery'' if you can't find any import it from Single Player
2) What about making one base ''Human'' and the other ''Covenant captured by human? The human base could get human only weapons and human only vehicles while the other base would get covenant stuff (ghost and stuff like that) and some human stuff (a few pistol and such).
I know it's really hard to balance it but i'm sure you will succeed with a lot of test play!
3)what about an armory for the vehicles and weapons that easy to defend? That way you'll have to focus your defense in CTF and the enemy won't get weapons from the other side (if you use my second suggestions).
4) less vehicles, 4 tanks is way to many and their should never be more than 8 vehicles in a map imho. Their more vehicles than people on this map now and that sure is a bad thing.
5) Some good indoor stuff, try using ultra blocks from the Halo NMP team to create bigger base for both camps and maybe a few small building that would make awesome fire fights!
Be sure to use only the suggestion you like btw it's your map and it should be time I start creating my own map

Be sure to host the files somewhere else next time, Spymac.com offers 100 MB of storage you could use that.

Would it be possible to inject the model of the vehicles over unused scenery? That way you could have working vehicles and scenery vehicles. It looks like you are using the old blocks. Recently Team NMP released some new blocks (called Ultra Blocks) that can be scaled and have less lag. Most new levels use them at the moment and the results are less lag.afterburn wrote:originally this map was supposed to be a city kinda like Wichita, KS where i am from or someplace like nyc but when i played it, it was real jumpy and laggy even on one box by itself, god i would hate to think what it would do on the net.
Maybe you can have a look into them I'm not sure if a city is possible but one big hangar in the midle should be possible and could make some intresting fire fights!

No man i do not mind at all if you post it, thats why i made it a beta so that way other could make it better, currently i am working on finishing it up but with a bigger tower on the base but please feel free to post it, just dont host it on halomods.com or files.halomods.com because i kinda got griped out for that one.

wuts the point of the big tower, can anybody get on to it? if not make it have a ladder or teleporter to get to the top.
too many vehicles. the automatic pistol sounds kind of crappy. and i prefer the smg and auto pistol rather than using the pistol and then auto pistol too.
in the base with the window, have a ladder on the side for a turret too.
but have no blockings so he will be an easy target to get killed.
bridge in the middle??? with a ladder to get on top it. so only a single team can control the bridge.

sorry if it sounded like i was griping at you, at the time i had a huge headache, lol i know in the origional version there was way to many vehicles, that is now changed, there are only 3 at each base, one tank , one warthog, and one of the other thing i forget what it it caleed, but who cares lol, i will probably put some pics up soon on what i am working on, i know it will probably be a flop like this one but i really dont give a fuck, lol. but i am going to bed now i have to be at work at 7 in the morning.
I finally got it to work! for some reason, the cache file wouldnt work, but when I loaded a compressed version instead, it was fine. I absolutely love this map. I really hope you dont drop this mod, it has so much potential!!!! Only thing I noticed was that in the two tall towers, the teleporters are invisible, hence one of the previous posters wondering how to get to the top of those towers. Only thing I can think that I would replace would be makin the teleporter visible!
