Virus

I could use some help removing a virus, I have tried spybot search and destroy and it doesnt pick it up, neither does Mcafee, and my Avast antivirus free trial has run up, and suggestions?

Do you know the name of the .exe that the virus is? Cuz you could just delete it manually...try looking the task manager for anything suspicious.

Are you sure it's a virus? What is it doing to your computer? Symptoms etc could help.
