HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to use the dev cam for CE with a mouse that has no wheel on it. I tried searching for a topic on this but I couldn't find one on Halomods.

Try configuring the mouse wheel to a keyboard button, I think you can do that.

Uhh I can't find out a way to do that, does anyone else know a way around this?
