I'm looking for a good capture card that I can get for no more than about $100, and I just wanted to know if anyone here had any good suggestions.
I was thinking about this, but I'm having a hard time deciding due to the mixed reviews on it.

Why ask for advice from us when you can choose for yourself?
Here's the best quality you're going to get from that capture card:
Right-Click, Save-As
If you can't play that video, you don't have the newest codecs for videos. So, click [
HERE] to download all of the codecs.
When installing above codecs:
1.) When it asks for a profile, choose "5: Lots of stuff".
2.) One of the last steps have 2 radio check boxes, saying Windows Media Classic or Windows Media Player. Choose Windows Media Player.

I didn't want to buy a piece of crap :p I made that mistake with my laptop, I didn't look at any reviews on it or ask about it's specs, and now I'm stuck with a shitty computer ;p
Thanks for the video, I believe I know which capture device I'm getting.

Oh, I didn't mean it like that.
I was using that to lead into the quality test I was giving you.
Meaning, you could watch the video and choose for yourself whether you liked the quality or not.
EDIT: You better check yourself before you buy it. I would suggest at least 1GB of ram and a 2.5ghz processor to record with that capture card.
I had a Dazzle 90 (The blue one) and it BARELY worked on my laptop. However, my laptop did only have a 1.3ghz processor and 512mb of ram...

1.70 GHz, and 896 MB of RAM... Good? Or maybe look for a different card?

Are you using a laptop or PC?
If you're using a PC then I would suggest
this.
