HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

alright so here it is, when i try to install my halo on my pc it only loads up to 74% then it stays at that for about 5 minutes after that it goes to a screen on the steup menu saying that "Halo Setup encountered a disc error while writing to the file C:\Program Files\Halo\maps\sounds.map. Make sure your hard drive is not full, and that the file is not in use, and then it asks if iw ant to Retry or Cancel, but i know for a fact that my hard drive is not full , so can anyone please help me i would really really apprectiate it, Thanks
And by the way i have TeamViewer 3 so it would be alot easier is someone would like to help me

copy and paste the sounds map from the cd to the halo directory and try again.

and uhh.... exactly how do i do that?

ok well i found out the problem my mommy told me to clean the disk and it acually worked, thank you Dalek for the advice
