I can't really tell. But I'm almost positive its spy-ware and not a Trojan or anything. But at random times, my internet will open up to a site with this address:
file//c:/
And I know thats my C: drive, but I'm not opening it up. I'm not even touching the computer sometimes.
Anyone know what I can do to get rid of it, that wont cost me any money? I have already used the trial version of Norton to get rid of an army of Trojans I had before. So that options gone. If you know of a free spy-ware removal program, please tell me. I searched Google, but the programs I found were flagged as bad sites by Firefox.

True but it doesn't allow you to delete the file you want to, only all the files that it thinks are spyware.Argetlam wrote:Another very good one would be Spybot Search & Destroy
