tool error concerning streams

Err well I posted this in the halo ce section, but since there is hardly any activity there I thought I'd try and post it here. My problem is the following:
I created a stream to test the principle, made a plane, named it like it had to be named with special ! symbol etc... and when I run tool I get the following error:
Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
