ive reinstalled..redone etc..yadayada searched for a week now... if anyone has a fix download or something for this please help me...ive been to a few other groups and they are stale and unhelpful haha...so...if you guys could help id be really Appreciative..

you dont just run tool u have to use it through a command prompt. if your doing so then elaborate what your trying to do

Im trying to compile a scenario with tool via command prompt I go to the directory and I get the error I posted! I NEED HELP lol I made some great maps and No other errors!!
