ATI - TV Wonder

Ok guys check this out. I have gotten my capture card to work perfectly in the past but since I have moved houses, there is so much crap wrong with my comp. I don't want to start bashing anything except the ATI TV Wonder and so I will stick to the topic.

Problem
Ok well, for some reason everytime I install my TV Wonder installation disc...my disc installs the ATI Multimedia Center perfectly but does NOT install the ATI Multimedia TV Capture Source Driver. This obviously is the driver that allows me to view my xbox from my computer via the AV plugs. I have uninstalled ALL ATI files on my computer so I can reinstall and it never seems to work. When I reinstall the same problem happens.

Here is what is directly happening...
The driver is not installing at all. I have searched all over google and I still can't find any helpful information.

Thanks for reading and I really hope that anyone who has a TV Wonder can help me out.

(BTW, I say TV Wonder but I have an ATI All-in-Wonder 9600xt; same sh*t but with a graphics card)

Did you try to download the newest driver/firmware/software etc?

Yup, they are garbage though. If anything, it made my problem worse.

My question might fit in here. I have some old never heard of company's capture card and when i'm capturing anything like my xbox screen, I can't hear anything at all. It's mute. Then when i'm done capturing and I go to view the video file, there is sound no problem and perfect? Anybody know why?

I used to have the same video card here at doorm4n but I couldn't get sound to play nor capture before/after capturing the video. Somebody ran into trouble with this as well?
