Messed up ALT charactors

Idk why, or how, but all my ALT charactors are messed up. alt 225 = ط alt 164 = ج. I'm trying to make a cool name for my Halo Profile. I know this has nothing to do with Halo Modding, but I realy need help.

You changed the character table...just copy paste them out of the internet.
