Halo 2 failing at life

Alright. So I fired up my Xbox today, decided to play some Halo 2. I try to jump on Matchmaking, and in any ranked playlist except for Double Team, it says I'm missing a map. I've got every single downloadable map, so I have no idea what's wrong.
Plus, whenever I go to the main XBL menu, the Content Download always has a new item logo by it.

Is my Xbox just exploded and there's no hope?

Do you have the updated versions of Tombstone and Desolation? They were re-released to fix some bugs and exploits, so if you only have the first release, you probably need to download the newer ones.

I can try that, but I don't know if it'll work. In the list, they're the same grayish color as the rest.
