That happens to me, like I play with friends on msn, and it works, but on regular servers, it phails.

I suggest checking your Windows Firewall which is only in Windows XP Service Pack 2 to make sure nothing is blocked, check all wires normally if they hadn't fallen out, if those 2 suggestions don't work, try fiddlin' with the router's controls. :wink:

Thats nice to know.... directed at last post

Alright, some linksys routers do not work well with hosting . I would know because i am one of the people that has had this problem . first of all you should know you need a static IP and it takes multiple ports to forward halo enough for it to work.

I've tried Port Forwarding and DMZ, no luck. By the way, I'm using a WRT54G.
