Modding Program problem

Ok well i am sitting here on my computer trying to start some of my modding programs in the UMPv3 right...well there are a few of them that do this

And it just so happens i need these programs lol...but what i don't understand is if i restart my computer...the programs work perfectly for like 1 hour then when i try to open them again they do this. also i already have a dothalo open it its working fine...but if i try to open a new one it does this...anyone know a solution.

Try to re-install .net 2.0 if that doesnt work then i dont know..

when that happend to me i just re-formatted

No just tryed it restarted computer, they worked for 1 hour and then it does this crap again...
