war rock and firefox download problems

war rock launching problem:
ok i just got war rock downloaded and installed i go to launch it the launcher is up and it says -cannotgeta file [vs.zip] !
any ideas what to do???

i try to download stuff on firefox and if its let say 50 mb the download might freeze half way through and never be completed unless i try it again, war rock took like 10 trys to get it and now it wont start this also happens on I.E. what should i do?
