MAJOR Help Plz..

My Internet Gave me like a 1000 Popups right, So i went to reset my Computer, You know when your computer asks for User-name and Password, As soon as thats over i get a black screen all i see is The "START" Button at the Bottom of the Screen. I'm in SAFE MODE Right now, Like i said I Dont see any of my ICONS or my Background Pic, Its all Black all i can see Is a BLACK Screen. Like i was saying i'm in safe mode, i just ran Spy-sweeper and it said, it has remove an Internet High jacker, So can anyone tell how to fix this or can you tell me how to reboot, I Don't have the re-boot disk, Plz Someone.

It sounds LIKE you have some serious ISSUES with your computer.
The popups sound like an internet HIGH jacker, or even a LOW jacker.

also run a virus scan in safe mode, but the popups were likely SPYWARE.
that should fix everything, but why would you have trouble rebooting? wouldn't it be as simple as turning off the pc from safe mode, then booting it back up into normal windows?
if you mean reformat, re-scan your pc for viruses and spyware from safe mode before reformatting, because a reformat removes EVERYTHING. if you really must reformat, make sure you have all the cds that came with the computer and you backup anything you need to keep before reformatting and reinstalling.
