AI Problems

AI won't spawn in game. I have sverel encounters and squads and none spawn. They have respawn on and everything that you need to make AI spawn and stuff. I got flood, marines, and cyborgs, and captain keys, but they won't spawn. NOTE: if Sapien says "AI database full, warns every 30 seconds" does that mean they won't spawn? They spawn in Sapien perfectly. I dunno, I think it's just me.
