Rebuilt map problem

For some reason when I arm my bomb in a rebuilt map, it arms and detonates but it doesn't score. I tested it three times and it armed but wouldn't give the team a point. Anybody know how to fix this?

No, straight gameplay.

EDIT* I think this has something to do with multiplayer globals.
