I got mechassault, and installed the linux program
I am using evolution x, but what I want to do is download the halo 2 disk to my xbox and then ftp/mod halo 2.

Either use DVD2XBOX or use the files manager to copy it to a new folder inside your Games folder.

Also, you're going to need a new HDD if you want to copy the entire game to the it, as the stock 8G won't be enough.
