Help finding driver for my nvidia Go 7900 GS

I can't find the most updated driver and whenever i look on dell or even nvidia's site i get the same update NR126106.EXE, but steam (for counter-strike) keeps insisting that my driver is out of date.

any help finding a new version would be greatly appreciated,
