hopefully this is the right forum to put this in, and please dont critisize me if this is not. I looked for the best forum to put this into.

anways, how do i manually, as in putting in my own number, set the time limit for music, on windows movie maker, or something. i want to make it the exact time the mainmenu music is so that i can get my own music in there. it's not easy, and i can't find out how! i searched all over the place, even in online forums for it and the entire help section of the windows movie maker..HOWW!??!?!??!??

Wild shot out into the open...can't you just trim the edges of the audio clip by dragging them?

Try extracting a track form your mainmenu, see how long it is, then trim it up in the windows movie maker timeline panel like so:

Hope this helped :)

i tried that, but i needed it to be .59, and the timeline would only go to .57 and .60 so that doesnt work.

Search sourceforge.net, they would probably have something that can do this.

Hmm. Maybe if you zoom in more you can have more control over the length of the audio?
Or get something better than WMM. Which is nearly everything.
