Problems with AI titorial

Recently, I've found this AI tutorial for Halo PC combat evolved.
But I don't know how to continue the procedure...so can someone explain me better and step by step what I have to do in the part that I highlighted?

ok, I made this video in a snap and put it at http://www.halo-universe.com who are kind enough to host it. here is the link to the download I didnt post this at the universe but il post it here.the steps:
1. make 2 new folders on your desktop named gulch and VIB. In gulch make 3 folders named build, batch extract, and elite. In elite make 3 folders again named actv, actr, and bipd.
2. in HMT open bloodgulch and go to tools>extract>batch extract. click the little button that says "extract metadata". browse for your gulch/batch extract folder. and extract the BSP when it pops up. and then click OK when the time completed pops up.
3. Now go to extract>BSP model sections and extract it to the VIB. click ok when prompted.
4. Open a30.map and go to [actv] and get elite major plasma rifle actv tag and click Recersive and click Save Meta to gulch/elite/actv.
5. now go to [actr] and save the meta (like obove) to actr in the elite folder.
6. Now go to the [bipd] and do the same as 4+5 and save it to teh bipd in the elite folder.
7. Now go to tools>Generate raw Madel (CSV) and save it to the gulch folder.
8. Go to Extract>Raw Model and load the CSV offsets in the gulch folder. and find charatcer/elite/elite and extract the model to the gulch/elite/bipd/charcater/elite file.
9. go to Model Decrapper and BSP builder. In the big Box right click add and find the model you just saved to the folder. and put it there. in the verticies go to your VIB folder and find the verticies. Same with the indicies and the sbsp.
10. Go to your VIB folder on your desktop and copy the bloodgulch.sbsp.meta and paste it to your gulch/batch extract/ levels/test/bloodgulch and click ok to overright it.
11. Now go to your glch/ batchj extract and highlite and copy all the files in there and paste it in the build folder. Go into the elite actv and copy the files in there and paste it in the build folder. yes to overight all. Do the same for the files in the bipd and the actr files.
12. Open your halo maps directory and copy the bloodgulch.map and paste it in teh build folder.
13. Now go to HMT and click tools rebuild map. For original map click browse and go to build and the bloodgulch file we pasted in tehre. Click yes to filll the things in. In the big box near the bottom click add and browse to the character/elite and cope every file (not folder...you may have to open the other folders like shaders and bitmaps and copy the files in tehre two) once you have added everything click rebuild map.
14. When it says any new verticies click yes and go to the VIB folder and click on verticies.new not verticies. Same with indicies. And when the last one pops up click yes too.
15. Open the Halo maps file and replace the bloodgulch.map.rebuild.map with the one in there already. Then rename it to bloodgulch.map
NOTE these steps are also used for PMIing.
PART 2...
1. open HHT and open bloodgulch.map
2. go to vehicles/ghost/mp_ghost and look for the second actv tag. Itr willed be nulled out. These are the seats. look at the bottom scrollbar and look for elite major and switch it.
**optional..you can make an alite go in a banshee or a ghost. You can put him in anything only if you name it G-(seat) or B-(seat). try this with the warthog passenger in HMT...change the W-passenger to G-driver (it tells halo how he should sit and there is no G-assenger ((wishes)) and then where it says MC invisible and crap like that click fires weapon so it will shoot at you in the passenger seat with the turret or leave it be for him to shoot with the plasma rifle. **
3. close the map and open in Halo.
TIPS!. for him to dodge your shots and to walk flip him over with a grenade. Or in sparkedit duplicate alot of ghosts and rotate them 180 degress so they are upside down adn deleate the collision model so it wont crush him/her (?????) and you will have a whole army. You can do this with the basnhee too.
