HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I've recently been having trouble with my games working on my Xbox. I just installed a new 160 gig hard drive, and everything has been working fine (that i know of). Today I went to start up Halo 2 from my hard drive, and it froze at the "press start screen". It plays perfectly fine at that screen until i press start, then it freezes. So I put in my halo 2 disc, and the same thing happens. I thought it might just be my halo 2 files, so I put in the counter strike disc, and it didn't even load up. It just froze after the xbox logo. I also put in NFS Carbon, but that doesn't even load up either. I don't know why it's not working, help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm that's strange. You should really try asking the guys over here. Trust me they'll fix the problem, or just do a search there. I'm sure there has been a topic over this before.

Clear out your cache. See if that does anything.
Go to X:\, Y:\, Z:\, and E:\CACHE and delete everything in these folders.

Reboot your Xbox, and try to load that way.
You might want to try and load via disc first, then if that works, try loading your backups.
