Gmax .obj junk

This gets quite tiring to see, I'm sure. I've searched and searched on this site and probably others as well, but I can find no way to export or in some other manner get .obj files exported from Gmax.

I've been searching for hours every day, and can find nothing useful.
If I could please have some help?
