Spawned decals? (PC)

How might I move the decals that appear in certain SP maps (*cough* *cough* c10 *cough*) around? I don't see a scenery tag for them or anything.

c10.... what map is that, and what decals are you trying to mess with, because they might be part of the level's ground bitmap or something.

I don't know if you can move them around, if you can, you'd use sparkedit (correct?) and i believe c10 is the Library?

The decal's aren't part of the ground bitmap because if they were I think they'd show up on sparkedit.
