I got a Map problem

I was adding a Heretic grunt to Cairo station and added to one of the squads and no errors but when I played it, It FROZE 
. Can someone assist me plz. I'll get a download of the error soon. Thanks. the only thing I know that was strange is the MC's head is gone.
