Photoshop CS2 Error

Since I reformatted the other day, I needed to reinstall my stuff. I was reinstalling Photoshop, and it seemed to be working fine. I got it installed and ran it. It opened up as normal, I made a new canvas to make sure everything was working properly, and it opened up fine. But, when I try to do anything (Gradient, Brush, New Layer, etc), I get an error.
