Loading problem

Okay; so I've applied patches and used the encryptomatic signature tool to sign the map. Then I FTP back to my xbox, and overwritted the original maps (containment, etc.)in the E:|TDATA section. but when I try to play maps, I fail to load them. Can someone please tell me what's wrong.
