intro problem

i used a new halo 2 intro converted it to avi changed it and conerted it back to bik using the rad program i put it back on my xbox and it dosent play any help would it not work cos its 3 minets long

It might have to be the same length as the original. You should try that.

Also just make sure you save it as the same file name intro_60.bik and that you put it in the bink of the halo 2 folder. And try clearing the xyz catches.

ya is there a way to make my intro longer then 18 seconds like i got it to play
but it is only 18 seconds long and i made a longer one and it docent play it just goes to the loading screen

I'm not too sure about that, I don't think you'd be able to alter the actual length of the original video. You're better off making a good 18 second video, but I could be wrong.
