Sand Storm

How do you make a sand storm type of sky. could I use active fog? and how can you make the fog move faster?

Add weather to the map. Make it snow. Make the snow dirt color, and then increase the snow speed.

The out side weather on gasgiant looks like a sand storm, I'm not sure if it fog or weather in that map though.

in timberland wasteland 3 we have a sandstorm
