I need to know how to add more vehicle spawns to a map and how to add more weapon spawns to if someone could help please and thankyou

for halo 1? use sparkedit and just copy the vehicle or weapon and place them wherever.

Please specify which game you are trying to do this for. If you mean halo 2 then use the Item Collection to spawn more weapons and vehicles.

also, please either search, or post this in the appropriate forum (such as the halo pc forum, or halo 2 forum and what-not)
