Question About Capture Cards

im looking to buy 1 but dont know anything about them looking in the 40-120$ range to start recording games on both my modded xbox and 360

are u recording games or r u like makin a movie because some of them have lag

both since for clan matches u should record the games and movies from my modding

i don't know much about the video capture aspect of cards, but looks for ones with composite video input. i think composite is the yellow/white/red, unless i'm mistaken. sound input can probably work by plugging the white or red into a pc's mic input and using a recording program. and if this is for halo pc games, you don't need a capture card.
