UberScreenshotTool Problem (possible missing dlls)

I get a memory witting error, and I believe it's because I'm missing the sandbox and sandbar dlls. Can anyone link me to the original version?

I'm getting the error "The instruction at 0x7c801a7d referenced memory at 0x7c801a7d. The memory could not be written." Any ideas?
