Zonealarm

Hi, i have zone alarm security suite, and when I do a spyware scan for some reason my computer restarts and I get a error from windows. They call it the stop error and there know way to fix it according to windows. But I was wondering if anybody new how to fix it, I no it sounds dumb. But its not windows its zonealarm and it only happens when i click on scan for spyware. Does anybody else have this problem and can you help me. Thanks.

there might be spyware in your system doing that to avoid detection... google up the windows stop problem some more, and try running some free spyware scanners and see what happens with them

i have zone alarm and it never gives me any problems...

I had Zone and it gave me problems a lot of the time. I tried uninstalling it to get rid of it but it blue screened me every time. Never could fix it so I just ended up formatting. Did you try emailing the Zone Technicians to see what they think?
