milkshape #D problem

i have milkshape 3d 1.7.1 and i cant find where to export dds files, i imported obj files but thats as far as i got, help plz?
Milkshape is a modeling program, you will not be able to export a .dds texture. Image files can only be editing/exported with Photoshop or another image-editing software application.
