HHT not working?

Well when I try to open HHT v5 it will open and when I try to maximize it.... IT DIDINT WORK!!! You know the dependencies swapper? Well when I try to open it so I could swap something, it won't go down enough for me to see it! I can't even make any of my PMI's without HHT! My friend told me it could be from the Vista layout I got.... But were pretty sure.... And can someone tell me any other program close to HHT? Just so I could make my SP mod.... Making every armored marine into MCs... Thanks!
