Problem with Console...

Ok, my console works perfectly, but I have two problems. How do I set the rcon password, bcuz I would like to let me friend have RCON control too. And why wont it let me set up a Mapcycle when i type sv_mapcycle_add (map)? Well please help me out.. Thanks

Just do google search for halo command list i think microsft.halo.com even has them or maybe its truth and reconcilation*.
Just google search 4 them.

we tried what u said retro and it didnt work......and i can access my console anymore...
