This might be a wierd way of doing it but you could duplicate a chunk in the netgame equipment. Then swap it for the plasma grenade projectile. Then spawn it over it. As soon as the game starts it spawns and blows them up. If you don't want it to keep spawning then set the Max on Map to 1 and Spawn Time to 10000 in the [scnr] tag.

Just a thought, I'm by no means sure of this, but if you go to the HLMT of the truck (objects/vehicles/civilian/panel_truck/panel_truck) in Entity, switch to the Meta Editor, and set the "Health (No Shields)" of it to 0, would that spawn it as exploded?
If not, perhaps the "Damage to Activate" field would work, if it takes 0 damage to destroy it, that could spawn it as exploded.
Again, not sure of this, just a thought I had.

I was going to tell you about that but I didn't work for me so I didn't want to lead you in the wrong way. I believe it's something to do with Entity because I did everything in that tutorial the same way except I used Entity.
