Not quite Halo, but need help

Right heres my prob,

When i turn my pc of and turn it back on and login i get an error message saying that image.ddl is missing, but the worst is six websites appear with titles such as FREE VIAGRA, etc. also there are the same websites in my favourites. when i delete them, they do get deleted, but the thing is when i next login on, there back on my desktop.

I know its completely un-halo realted but please can someone help me!
