No backup my butt!

Ok, so i just got the "Helpful Halo Hacking Tool" and followed the tutorial on this website, the Mod worked great, but now i want to change it back to normal, so i click on revert all, it just says something like, "Reverted (0)" so then i clicked on the level i used the mod on and clicked Revert Selected, and it says No Backup found" whats the problem, i specified the backup folder and stuff. what do i do?
