HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok... I'm new with this mod thing. So could someone tell me where to put them and how to get them to work. I have downloaded a few from halomods.com but I have no clue what to do with them. If someone could tell me what I do with them... that will be great. Thanks!
P.S. If possible... AIM me plz! Thatll be quicker and I am online.

If it is a PPF, you need PPF-O-Matic 3, there is a turoial for it in one of the forums....
If it a regular .map file, then you overwrite your original map with that one.....

Ok... well I have this Uzi mod. And the files are all .obj
What do I do with the obj. files?
Oh, and it also says something about a Halo Map Tools v3 is need. I think I can handle this if someone could tell me where I can download Halo Map Tools v3. Thanks
