Depends, use a model resizer if you wanna just make them smaller in 3rd person, or/and change the standing and crouch height so the camera is lower.

yeah but using the model sizer will make each limb smaller but it wont place them in the right place so you will end up with a deformed bipd

IF you scale everything correct fp and 3p and every single weapon, it should come out properly.
